6. Abstract
: In practical conditions, the parasitic capacitances of switching devices and passive elements in gate-drive circuits induce transient behavior, which results in voltage deviation leading to input current distortion. These negative effects become more severe at higher switching frequencies, where the switching period shortens. This paper proposes a voltage deviation mitigation strategy by analyzing the mechanisms and factors of switching transients. The voltage deviation is derived and compensated by a feedforward-based approach. Furthermore, an offset component is also proposed to clamp the switching state, thereby preventing the voltage deviation during pulse omission intervals near the zero crossing (ZC), where the voltage deviation is difficult to derive accurately. The proposed strategy can be implemented without any additional hardware and time-consuming experimental parameter extraction. The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified through experimental results.
